• I know you are excited to see your flowers again but please note that flower preservation is a long & delicate process with lots of moving parts, so please allow approximately 20 weeks from the day that I receive your flowers. I will always do my best to send them sooner, however, it is not always possible, especially during busy periods. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond my control, this time frame could be extended multiple times. When your order is complete, I will contact you & provide a shipping update.

  • Payment is required upon receipt of your flowers. If you are on your honeymoon, please settle the payment before your departure or arrange for timely payment while abroad. Failure to make payment within 3 working days and/or after 3 invoice reminders will result in the cancellation of your order and disposal of the flowers. Custom orders or deposits are non-refundable.

If the date of your wedding has been changed, I'm happy to reschedule at no extra charge. If your event has been cancelled, I can offer a credit note to use against any item online, including custom orders. No refunds or returns on custom orders or preservation deposits. As stated on my website, flower preservation services are for UK customers only therefore refunds cannot be given if you have booked in error.

All final invoices are due upon receipt. Please note that payments made later than 2 weeks after the due date, will incur an additional charge of 5% of the total order value. For payments made 2-4 weeks later a 10% charge, and for payments made 4+ weeks later, a 15% charge will apply. Additionally, if I do not receive any communication from the customer after 2 months despite multiple attempts at reaching out, I reserve the right to withhold their order and the amount paid to cooperate material costs, for the time and resources to follow up on orders and to store items. If you are having financial difficulties please let me know at your earliest convenience and I will do my best to accommodate you and work out a payment plan to eliviate the pressure.

In the unlikely event that your flowers encounter postage delays and this has caused your flowers to wilt or rot beyond preservation, I am able to refund 50% of your deposit. If you have not followed packing instructions or sent your flowers within the recommended timeframe and your flowers are not suitable for preservation, I am able to refund 50% of your deposit only.

  • As with all steps in the preservation process, everything is made entirely by hand, so imperfections may occur and should be accepted as part of a handmade product. The process of including a photo involves mock-up design, print & lamination. The laminated photo may on occasion have a very small section which didn’t laminate 100%, which I am unable to identify until it’s placed in resin and a small amount of leakage appears in the form of a shadow. This is not classed as defection and is out of my control. However, I will do my absolute best to ensure this doesn’t happen. Please note that these imperfections do not qualify for any refund as they are inherent to the handmade production process.

If you are including a photo charm, the same rule above applies except, instead of lamination, a different type of resin is applied to the photo charm first which acts as a sealant before the main resin pour. As above, this may leak on occasion and cause the photo to appear darker in spots.

Clear/natural Diamanté charms or pins may be difficult to see in resin due to its clarity. Other metals tend to stay exactly the same once placed in resin. Ribbons will change to a darker colour (as if dipped in water).

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the flowers arrive in the best possible condition. Packing instructions will be provided & should be followed exactly for best results. I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your flowers whilst they are in transit via any Third Party.

    Please also note:

    • I do my best to use as many of your flowers as possible however please note that I may not use all of the flowers provided. I will only use enoug flowers for your chwsen moulds and ill use the best-preserved options only. I am unable to return any leftover flowers to you.

    • If you have larger flowers and have chosen a small mould, I may need to deconstruct your flowers to fit inside the mould. Usually, I will discuss this with you when I receive your flowers to see if you would like an alternative option.

    • When you place your order, you are agreeing to the understanding that some flowers change colour and shape as they dry. Your flowers may darken or change tone and they tend to shrink a little due to the drying process. Light pinks & purples sometimes turn into each other shade (pink can turn lilac & vice versa for example). White is the most delicate and will often turn a shade of cream/off-white and sometimes, yellow. Red or white berries will turn dark red, brown or black. It’s not possible to preserve succulents due to the amount of moisture they contain. Some flowers dry a lot better than others, if your arrangement is all one type of flower or you have concerns over their suitability feel free to message me to discuss them. There is a possibility that the flowers may become dull over time if left in constant direct sunlight.

Please be aware that on rare occasions, I may not be able to fulfil your original order due flowers not preserving well, issues with resin, moulds or other unforeseen problems. This is rare but ifthis should occur, an alternative shape or partial refund may be offered.

  • I understand your eagerness to reunite with your preserved flowers. However, I want to emphasise that flower preservation is a complex and time-consuming process that cannot be hurried.

Starting January 2024, I have decided not to provide specific turnaround times. Having worked with flowers for the past 5 years, I've found it increasingly challenging to predict exact timeframes, and the pressure of meeting tight deadlines can impact the artistic process.

Please anticipate receiving your order within 4-8 months from the date that I receive your flowers. This timeframe is typical for flower preservation projects, and it may even take longer. If other providers promise significantly shorter durations, it's important to be cautious, as this could lead to unrealistic expectations and potential disappointment.

It’s difficult to put a timescale on creating such beautiful pieces, I only get your flowers for a few months, but you will get to keep them forever! Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Please note that any bookings made after June 2023 for 2024/25, prices will increase by approx 5%. These new prices will be updated online from December 1st 2023.

A £25 deposit is required to secure your wedding date which is redeemable against your final order. For orders of £300 and over, you are able to pay in two x 50% installments (less your deposit). The first payment is due on the same day that I receive your flowers, and the final payment is due 6 weeks later, or when I begin the resin stage of your order (whichever comes soonest). Please note this can be as soon as 3 weeks after I receive your flowers. For orders under £300, full payment is due on the same day that I receive your flowers.

Payment can be made via PayPal, credit, or debit card via a secure payment link from your invoice which will be emailed to you.

Once I receive your flowers, I will send you an invoice for either the full amount or 50% (this depends on the order value). Please note that if the first installment is not received within the 24-hour period, I reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any flowers associated with the order will be disposed of. To cover the costs relating to administrative tasks, communication efforts, and labour involved in processing your order, the £25 deposit will be retained.

  • Due to the handmade nature of my items, please be aware that there may be some 'imperfections' such as micro-bubbles, dust, uneven edging, or some small micro-cavities. Larger shapes will also have ‘layer lines’ due to being poured in multiple layers, this is unavoidable and these don’t detract from the overall piece, they are just signatures of handmade items not made in factories. By ordering, you are accepting of these conditions and they are not classed as defective.

Please note that the letters F & P are not freestanding. The letter J is lowercase. All shapes are to be displayed forward-facing and may on occasion have an uneven back (or front) due to the flowers being too large for the moulds. This is not classed as a defect and a sign of a handmade product. The sides of all shapes will not be as shiny as the front.

  • Resin is a two-part liquid that needs to be carefully mixed at the correct ratio and temperature. On rare occasions, resin can overheat which causes it to thicken too fast & overheat which means it’s not suitable for use. If the resin overheats whilst it’s in the mould with your flowers, there’s a risk of spoiling.

Please rest assured that I am very experienced and do everything in my power to prevent this however, it can happen. In the unlikely event that this does occur, I will offer the best possible solution such as a partial/full refund, discount, or a replacement made at no extra cost. This will be dependent on the order and discussed on an individual basis.

  • I will reach out to you 48 hours ahead of your wedding, on the day that I receive your flowers, 4-6 weeks later once your final invoice is due and finally, upon completion. Kindly note that any update requests sent outside of these times will be responded to as quickly as possible.

  • If you would like to add charms, photos, jewellery, or other items to your order, please add this to the booking form's notes section. It is the customer’s responsibility to include these items in separate packaging within the box of flowers and clearly labeled as these can easily be missed. I am not responsible for these being missed or lost due to poor packaging or not adding this to the notes section

  • Table tops are coated with a high-quality resin by EliChem called UltraCast which is an optically clear epoxy coating/casting resin. It has excellent UV resistance and surface heat resistance up to 80°C. I do not advise placing hot objects directly onto the surface as this may mark your piece. Tabletops should be treated as functional art pieces. I cannot be held responsible for any marks created once in the customer’s hands. If the customer is providing their own table legs, you will need to ensure that you are experienced in doing so. If any damage is caused to the table whilst installing the legs I am not responsible for this damage. I may be able to fix it for you at an additional charge. When installing your own legs, please ensure you place your table face down on a soft surface to avoid any damage or scratches/marks. Customer leg installations are done at the customer’s risk.

  • Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and value of the order and sent via a Royal Mail 2nd-class, signed for service. The delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days (excl. Bank Holidays). On the rare occasion that an item is delayed, I will do my best to chase your order, however, you will be provided a tracking number or receipt where you can check the status of your item. I cannot open a case with Royal Mail until your item has been missing for more than 30-days and I am unable to offer a refund during this time. Please note that during busy periods such as the summer wedding season & Christmas, your items may take considerably longer to arrive.

  • Please note that there is a min order value of £150 (excluding delivery).
